Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and maintain responsive web applications and user interfaces.
- Develop backend services, APIs, and microservices to support business functions and data processing requirements.
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and system features.
- Design and implement reusable, maintainable, scalable, and high-quality software components.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate applications with internal and external systems.
- Apply frontend engineering best practices, including responsive design, accessibility,performance optimisation, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Implement secure coding practices and comply with applicable application security requirements.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure software quality,reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, business users, and project stakeholders to improve application usability and user experience.
- Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, development, testing,deployment, troubleshooting, defect resolution, production support and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-stack application development and building enterprise-grade web applications.
- Strong proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as ReactJS, Angular, Vue.js, HTML5,CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Strong backend development experience using Node.js, Python, or Java Spring Boot, with experience in RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience developing and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS, with familiarity in Docker, Kubernetes, relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL or SQL Server),GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Good understanding of secure coding and application security principles, with strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
