- Coordinate and manage the design process, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
- Ensure the Tender and/or Project specification is met, and clarify design details during design meetings with internal departments and/or the customer.
- Maintain document control by distributing specification and drawing information to all relevant parties and ensuring all documentation is kept up to date.
- Review and verify engineering documents against the system design.
- Attend site meetings on all matters relating to project operations and coordination.
- Manage engineering resource allocation, define project tasks, and determine resource requirements.
- Plan and schedule tender project timelines.
- Liaise with all project stakeholders, including local authorities, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor industry developments related to the Energy Transition, regulatory changes, and emerging trends, and contribute to the development of new concepts.
