IT helpdesk support Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and customer-reported technical issues. Perform initial troubleshooting, diagnose technical problems, and resolve incidents within the scope of first-level support. Escalate unresolved incidents to second-level support teams or relevant resolver groups in accordance with established procedures. Log, classify, prioritize, and track incidents and service requests in the ticketing system. Maintain ownership of assigned cases and follow up with relevant teams until resolution and closure. Provide timely updates to customers regarding incident status, resolution progress, and expected turnaround times.
