Engineer (Drafting / Manufacturing)

Responsibilities ·     Support maintenance engineering team in manufacturing. ·     Prepare detailed 2D engineering drawings using AutoCAD and 3D models/assemblies using SolidWorks. ·     Develop fabrication, assembly, installation, layout, and as-built drawings for equipment, cleanrooms, utilities, and production facilities. ·     Review vendor drawings to ensure compliance with company standards, specifications, and project requirements. ·     Manage drawing revisions, document control, and engineering change records. ·     Support equipment design modifications, upgrades, and improvement projects. ·     Conduct site measurements and translate them into accurate engineering drawings. ·     Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical and drawing-related issues. ·     Participate in design reviews and technical discussions to support project requirements. ·     Provide technical support during equipment installation and commissioning activities. ·     Ensure designs meet safety, quality, manufacturing, and engineering requirements. ·     Support project schedules and ensure timely delivery of engineering documentation.

Requirements ·      Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or Industrial Design Engineering. ·      3–5 years of design and drafting experience in manufacturing, semiconductor/HDD equipment, automation, or cleanroom projects. ·      Experience supporting equipment installation, modification, or improvement projects. ·      Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, including 3D modelling. ·      Strong experience in fabrication, assembly, and engineering documentation. Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing). ·      Good understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly machining with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
