Logistics Operations Project Intern (TikTok Shop) - 2027 Start

About the team As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze carrier operations performance (collection and delivery performance) and other logistics metrics highlighting key gaps versus targets;
• Support carrier operations weekly business review;
• Support solving operational issues between couriers and merchants;
• Prepare ad-hoc reports on metrics, etc.;
• Help with peak season preparations (forecasting, confirming courier capacity, etc.).

Qualifications Minimum Qualification(s)

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in supply chain, logistics, business operations, or a related discipline. Eligible to work in the Netherlands, available to attend the internship for a minimum of 20 weeks on a full-time or part-time basis;
• Able to start the internship from December 2026
• Skilled in data analysis and able to explain ideas clearly
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in German, English and Chinese in order to communicate with internal stakeholders from Mainland China, and external service providers in Germany.

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Majoring in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, Project Management, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred;
• Passion to learn about logistics operations.
