You role:

  • Scale the Loyalty Ecosystem: Own the marketing roadmap for all perks, identifying new opportunities in travel, luxury, and digital lifestyle services.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Lead the full partnership lifecycle – from initial outreach and negotiation to final brand execution within the Nexo app.
  • Sponsorship Activation: Maximize our sports partnerships’ global assets by creating "money-can’t-buy" experiences and exclusive rewards for our members.
  • Data-Driven Innovation: Utilize AI-driven research and modern analytical tools to identify high-affinity partners and measure the success of loyalty campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Agility: Work seamlessly with Marketing, Client and Product teams to ensure partnerships drive long-term user retention.

What makes you stand out:

  • 5+ years of experience in Partner Marketing, Business Development, or Lifestyle Brand Management.
  • Master Negotiator: A proven track record of closing deals and managing relationships with premium/global brands.
  • Brand and business thinker: Able to provide data-backed business cases, ensuring brand alignment.
  • Adaptive Learner: You thrive in fast-paced environments and are always looking for the latest tools to automate research and outreach.
  • Project Management Excellence: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex partnerships simultaneously.
