Responsibilities:
● Provide comprehensive administrative support to Senior Secretaries, coordinating
seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders across multiple time zones.
● Manage complex travel arrangements, including hotel and flight bookings, ground
transportation, and visa applications.
● Oversee expense reimbursements and local transportation for client meetings;
coordinate meal arrangements as required.
● Support meeting logistics, handling event registrations, and related tasks.
● Coordinate, monitor and follow up personal affairs as assigned
● Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality, exercising discretion
in all interactions with business and senior management teams.
● Assist with ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned.

Requirements:
● Diploma in business management or a related field, or formal training in secretarial,
office management, or administrative studies.
● Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting senior stakeholders.
● Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills, with the ability to
perform under tight deadlines.
● Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost integrity.
● Meticulous attention to detail, with strong calendar management and record-keeping
abilities.
● Strong cultural awareness and excellent interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and
maintaining professional relationships.
● Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
● Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
