Job Description
Superside is looking for a Head of Product Marketing to lead how our services and AI-powered solutions are positioned, launched, and adopted in the market.
In this role, you’ll define Superside’s product marketing strategy across our core service offerings, working closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to bring new capabilities to market and strengthen how we communicate our value to customers.
You’ll lead a small team responsible for product marketing and sales enablement, ensuring our teams are equipped with clear messaging, strong positioning, and the insights needed to win in the market.
What You’ll Do
- Lead product marketing strategy by defining positioning and messaging across Superside’s services and AI-powered solutions.
- Drive go-to-market execution by partnering with Marketing, Product, and GTM teams to launch new services and capabilities.
- Enable Sales and Customer Success teams by developing messaging frameworks, toolkits, and competitive insights.
- Shape AI adoption by defining how Superside brings AI-powered creative solutions to market.
- Develop market and customer insights by gathering feedback from sales, users, and competitive analysis.
- Lead and mentor the product marketing team while driving alignment across Marketing, Product, and GTM teams.
Who You Are
- 7–10 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related roles in B2B SaaS, AI, or technology-driven services.
- Strong experience defining positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for complex products or services.
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Experience enabling sales teams with messaging, content, and competitive insights that drive revenue outcomes.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute and drive projects forward.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for how AI is transforming creative and marketing workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear narratives.
- Experience managing and developing product marketing or enablement teams.
- Experience in creative services, marketing technology, or AI-driven products.
