Delivery Manager

What would be your responsibilities if you join us?

• Lead the delivery of complex software projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and objectives are consistently met.
• Plan and manage projects end-to-end, including schedules, budgets, and progress tracking.
• Guide and support team members through coaching, feedback, and performance optimization.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Monitor risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure high-quality delivery by following best practices and established QA processes.
• Manage project budgets and track financial performance against KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for growth while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

There are some requirements that will make you stand out:

 
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
PMP certification (or equivalent) is a strong plus.
6+ years of experience in managing software development projects.
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Experience in identifying and driving AI-related opportunities, with understanding of AI delivery best practices.
