Responsibilities:

This person will act as the centralised 1LoD TPRM/KYV coordinator: coordinate vendor due diligence (questionnaires/evidence, subcontractors/locations, COI declarations), document findings for approvals, support exit/offboarding, run ongoing screening, and administer the Third-Party Inventory and TPO Risk Register (workflow, evidence trail, first-line data quality checks).

Requirements:

  • Experience running vendor DD/TPRM workflows (including evidence collection and writing DD/RA summaries);

  • Ability to work with registers/inventory data, accuracy, and audit trail discipline;

  • Comfort coordinating across Legal / InfoSec / Risk / business owners;

  • Strong documentation and stakeholder management.

  • Someone who can run the 1LoD TPRM/KYV operations exactly as per the new Policy and help us stand up the procedures.

  • Should be capable of operationalising and improving a process: documenting steps/checklists, maintaining templates, running the workflow consistently, and spotting gaps to propose updates.

  • Fluent english
