Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
Location: Remote | Honduras
About Puzzle:
We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist (VA) to execute key operational workflows, including estimate follow-ups, automation buildouts, data input, and administrative support that drive customer engagement and sales performance. This is a highly operational, detail-oriented role focused on executing repeatable processes, managing data across systems, and ensuring timely follow-ups. While this role is not customer-facing in the traditional sense, it has a direct impact on revenue generation and customer outcomes. Unlike traditional VA roles, we are looking for someone who understands the “why” behind the work, not just executing tasks, but thinking critically about outcomes, accuracy, and overall business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Follow-Up Operations & Workflow Execution
- Review internal systems daily to identify open or incomplete estimates/opportunities
- Extract and transfer data between platforms with high accuracy and consistency
- Trigger and manage automated follow-up campaigns to support sales conversion
- Ensure all actions are completed in a timely and structured manner
Tracking, Reporting & Data Accuracy
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and tracking tools to monitor activity, follow-ups, and conversions
- Support real-time or near real-time visibility into performance and workflow status
- Partner with managers to ensure ROI is clearly tracked and measurable
Technical Support & Administrative Coordination
- Handle basic technical support tasks and internal requests related to platform usage
- Support calendar management and scheduling coordination when needed
- Assist in maintaining operational consistency across tools and workflows
- Consistent communication regarding resource needs and task completion
- Evaluate live automation performance according to SOP and tasks assigned
Process Ownership & Continuous Improvement
- Follow defined standard operating procedures (SOPs) with close attention to detail
- Identify inefficiencies, errors, or gaps and suggest process improvements
- Develop a strong understanding of how daily tasks connect to broader business goals
- Help improve reporting, workflows, and operational clarity over time
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in operations, virtual assistance, admin support, sales support, or process-driven roles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute repetitive workflows with high accuracy
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM tools, and web-based platforms
- Strong critical thinking skills, able to understand objectives beyond task execution
- Ability to manage daily recurring tasks with consistency and accountability
- Strong written English and professional communication skills
- Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with the team
Nice to Have:
- Experience in SaaS operations, CRM workflows, or reporting
- Background in automotive, sales operations, or support environments

- Maintains clean, reliable, and up-to-date tracking and reporting
