Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a highly technical Digital Marketing Manager who doesn't just know the strategy, they execute it. You will be the person who gets into the tools, makes the configurations, and drives results. You'll work closely with our Brand & Design Manager, who owns brand standards and visual identity, while you own the technical execution of all digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage SEO across Puzzle's web properties, including meta tags, site structure, and on-page optimization
• Set up, maintain, and optimize Google Analytics dashboards and reporting
• Manage and execute paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, social, etc.)
• Build and execute drip campaigns and email marketing sequences
• Configure and manage our CRM platform (GoHighLevel)
• Integrate and manage review platforms (e.g., Google Reviews, G2)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Brand & Design Manager; all written content and messaging must align with the brand voice and receive brand approval
• Develop and iterate on a clear digital marketing roadmap and reporting cadence

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in technical digital marketing execution (not just strategy)
• Strong experience with SEO tools and best practices
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Ads
• Experience building and managing drip/email marketing campaigns
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms, GoHighLevel experience is a strong plus; HubSpot experience considered
• Experience with review platform integration (Google Reviews, G2, or similar)
• Conversational to professional English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

 
Nice to Have

• Prior experience in a staffing, recruiting, or B2B services company
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel specifically
• Experience running performance marketing campaigns end-to-end

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days

• SEO configuration for Puzzle's website is fully implemented
• Google Analytics dashboard is live and reporting accurately
• Fully onboarded and operational on GoHighLevel
• A clear, documented strategy for running ads is defined and ready to execute
