Overview
We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to building an innovative audio advertising platform.
This role focuses on developing high-quality software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing features that directly impact users. You will work across both frontend and backend systems, writing clean, maintainable code while learning from experienced engineers and growing your technical skills. You will collaborate closely with senior engineers and product managers to deliver features that support the platform’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Software Development

• Develop and maintain frontend and backend features using modern technologies and best practices
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code aligned with established standards
• Build responsive, accessible, and high-quality user interfaces
• Develop and maintain APIs and backend services
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high code quality

Collaboration & Learning

• Work closely with senior engineers to understand requirements and implement solutions
• Partner with product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and technical discussions
• Learn from experienced team members and contribute ideas and improvements
• Share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative team environment

Quality & Testing

• Write unit and integration tests for your code
• Follow test-driven development (TDD) practices when appropriate
• Participate in QA processes and support bug identification and resolution
• Ensure code meets performance and security standards
• Contribute to improving automated testing coverage

Process & Continuous Improvement

• Follow established development processes and contribute to improvements
• Use version control effectively and participate in development workflows
• Maintain documentation for systems and features you work on
• Identify opportunities to improve code quality, performance, and developer experience
• Stay current with modern technologies and development practices

Problem Solving

• Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing systems
• Analyze requirements and propose technical solutions
• Break down complex problems into manageable tasks

• Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript
