About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, high-impact Product Manager with strong international exposure to join our Card Team. You will own the end-to-end mobile experience for our flagship Card product, crafting delightful, seamless financial journeys for hundreds of thousands of users across markets.
What You Will Do
- Own the full user lifecycle: Deeply map and optimize critical journeys (onboarding, funding, card application, payments, etc.), identify friction points, and deliver delightful interactions that boost conversion and retention.
- Drive the entire demand lifecycle: Collect, analyze, prioritize, and refine requirements. Create clear, high-quality PRDs and prototypes that everyone loves to work with.
- Lead rapid, high-quality delivery: Work closely with Design, Engineering, and QA to ship polished features from planning through A/B testing, gray release, and full launch — on time and with excellence.
- Fuel user growth: Partner with Marketing and Operations to design creative growth initiatives (referral programs, activation campaigns, etc.), leverage data to iterate quickly, and scale the product to the next million users.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above with 3+ years of Product Management experience in internet, fintech, or consumer finance.
- Scale mindset: Proven track record managing products with high DAU or large user bases, comfortable tackling complex flows and high-concurrency challenges.
- Language & Communication: Fluent in English (working language for cross-border collaboration). Excellent writing skills in both English and Chinese — you can craft clear, professional, and user-friendly copy.
- Core Strengths: Strong logical thinking, obsessive attention to interaction design and user experience. Proficient with Figma and SQL. Quick learner who can turn ambiguous user needs into elegant product solutions.
- Personality: High ownership, strong execution under pressure, and a genuine passion for building products people love.
Big Plus
- Hands-on experience with overseas credit cards, payments, or digital wallets.
- Proven success in Growth Hacking, referral mechanics, or viral/activation campaigns.
- Experience working in fast-paced, international fintech environments.
