Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager specializing in Channels to join our Card Product team. In this role, you will own the strategy, development, and optimization of all channels related to our card products (including funding/top-up channels, partner issuance channels, distribution/acquisition channels, and payment/spending channels).
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the end-to-end channel strategy for RedotPay’s card products (virtual and physical cards), including pay-in/pay-out, funding, partner, distribution, and merchant channels.
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard new channel partners (global banks, payment institutions, aggregators, card networks, distributors, and fintech platforms) to enhance card issuance, top-up, and spending capabilities.
- Manage the full lifecycle of channel integration: research, PRD creation, technical onboarding, testing, launch, and ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, risk, marketing, and business development teams to ensure channels are stable, secure, scalable, and fully compliant across jurisdictions.
- Monitor channel performance through key metrics (e.g., activation rate, transaction volume, conversion, cost per acquisition, retention) and use data-driven insights to iterate and improve.
- Work with product and design teams to enhance user flows and features that improve channel efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in crypto payments, card networks (Visa, Mastercard), and emerging channel technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above with 3–5 years of product management experience in fintech, payments, cards, or crypto, with a strong focus on channel/product management.
- Led and successfully completed full end-to-end integration with international card networks (Visa/Mastercard), payment processors, and Apple Pay, etc.
- Deep understanding of card products, payment rails, stablecoins, and regulatory requirements in key markets (HK, US, EU, Asia, Latin America).
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions; proficient in SQL or analytics tools is preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Passion for fintech/crypto innovation and a results-oriented mindset in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong advantage.
