Role Overview
We are looking for a Director of Product Management to lead multiple product lines and define the next phase of SpotDraft’s product evolution.
You’ll combine strategic leadership with hands-on product execution — guiding product strategy while rolling up your sleeves to work closely with engineering, design, and GTM teams. This role is for a product leader who can connect the dots between business impact, customer experience, and technical feasibility, while building and scaling a world-class product team.
What You’ll Do
Own Product Outcomes: Drive measurable customer and business impact across your product portfolio. Translate company strategy into clear product goals and make smart trade-offs that maximize ROI.
Define Product Vision & Strategy: Build and communicate a compelling vision and roadmap aligned with SpotDraft’s strategic direction and market opportunities as well as customer impact.
Lead and Mentor: Manage a team of product managers, ensuring a balance between execution excellence and strategic thinking. Coach team members on discovery, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
Hands-on Execution: Ability to go deep and learn new domains quickly. Partner deeply with engineering and design to ensure clarity of requirements, technical feasibility, and smooth delivery.
GTM Partnership: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure product-market fit, drive adoption, and build feedback loops into roadmap planning whilst ensuring scalability of the product.
Customer & Market Insight: Use qualitative and quantitative data to uncover opportunities, validate hypotheses, and inform strategic investments.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Build trust and shared context with stakeholders across the org. Ensure seamless collaboration between technical, GTM, and leadership teams.
What You’ll Bring
10+ years of overall product experience with 5+ years in product leadership, managing PMs and cross-functional teams.
Proven track record building and scaling B2B SaaS or comparable complex platforms ( adtech, or B2B infrastructure experience also relevant).
Experience working in India–US market contexts — comfortable managing global user bases and GTM alignment across regions.
Ability to balance strategic leadership and hands-on execution; comfortable diving into specs, delivery trade-offs, and data analysis when needed.
Strong technical acumen and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills capable of driving alignment at all levels of the organization.
Deep customer empathy and data-driven decision-making mindset.
Comfort operating in high-growth, fast-changing startup environments.
Nice to Have
Experience with AI-powered or workflow automation products.
Exposure to legaltech or enterprise productivity domains.
Background in engineering or platform-level product management.
