Has experience building LLM-powered systems, agents, and retrieval pipelines in production

Has high agency — you see problems across the org and just solve them
Communicates clearly and works across engineering, product, and infra
What you will work onBuild internal AI agents that automate engineering workflows end-to-end
Automate tasks like:
debugging and root cause analysis
code generation and refactoring
data extraction and validation
internal knowledge retrieval
Develop agentic pipelines combining:
tool use
retrieval (RAG)
structured reasoning loops
Improve engineering velocity by removing repetitive work across teams
Own reliability: make systems that are observable, deterministic where needed, and production-safe
Collaborate with SWE, infra, and ML teams to embed AI into core workflows, not side tools
Your must haves
2+ years building production systems
Strong experience with:
LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
agentic architectures & tool-use systems
retrieval systems (RAG, search, embeddings)
Strong Python and backend engineering skills
Experience shipping end-to-end features in fast-moving environments
Solid engineering judgment: you know when to hack vs. build properly
Experience with evaluation, iteration, and failure modes of LLM systems
Ability to design systems that are robust, not just clever
