Social Media Specialist

Job Overview

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in the execution of social media strategies across key platforms (X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
2. Create and publish engaging content (copy, visuals, basic edits) aligned with campaign objectives and content calendars
3. Support campaign rollouts by adapting content into platform-specific formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, threads)
4. Monitor daily social media activity, including comments, trends, and community interactions
5. Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, partnerships) to ensure content accuracy and consistency
6. Track and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and suggest optimizations
7. Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and crypto-related conversations
8. Support community engagement initiatives, including replying to comments and amplifying user-generated content

1. Consistent execution of high-quality social content aligned with brand and campaign goals
2. Improvement in engagement metrics across platforms (likes, shares, comments, CTR)
3. Strong contribution to campaign rollouts with timely and relevant content
4. Ability to identify and leverage trends to improve content performance
5. Active participation in building and engaging the community

Job Requirements

1. 1–2+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation
2. Strong understanding of major social platforms (X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
3. Basic content creation skills (copywriting, simple video editing, visual sense)
4. Good communication and writing skills with attention to detail
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
6. Familiarity or strong interest in crypto, fintech, or Web3 space
7. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics
8. Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, CapCut) is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience working with influencers or KOLs
• Understanding of meme culture and internet trends
• Previous exposure to global or regional social media campaigns
