TL;DR: We're hiring a part-time People Operations Intern to support our Swedish entity operations. You'll help keep our onboarding, payroll, and employee support processes running smoothly as we scale - making a direct impact on the experience of every Lovable employee in Sweden.
This is a 3-month contract, with potential extensions up to 6-9 months, on a part-time basis corresponding to 50% (20 h/week, 4 hours/day) at Stockholm HQ.

What we’re looking for
A background in HR, Business Administration, or a related field — whether through current studies at a Swedish university or hands-on experience.
Previous experience in an administrative, HR or people operations role and understanding of swedish labour law. Familiarity with swedish payroll and swedish labour law is a plus.
You thrive in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment that demands flexibility, agility, and the ability to work independently — priorities can shift quickly and you're energized by that
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail - you don't let things fall through the cracks
Fluent in Swedish and professionally proficient in English
Comfortable working with multiple digital tools and learning new systems quickly
What you’ll do
Manage in end-to-end pre-boarding and onboarding workflow for new hires in Sweden - from compliance and confirming right to work ensuring correct contracts are signed and systems are updated accordingly.
Support in employee questions, issuing paperwork and documentation
Support in monthly Swedish payroll run by preparing payroll records, working with our payroll agency and reviewing payslips before final approval
Keep our HRIS and other people systems accurate and up to date
Handle administrative tasks related to employee changes — contract extensions, conversions, and updates to personal details
