What you’ll do

Brex is looking for an individual to join the Revenue Operations Team, which is responsible for driving revenue growth in close partnership with revenue leaders. We help revenue teams drive consistent growth through regular reporting, analytical insights, process improvements, systems updates, strategic initiatives, cross-functional alignment, incentive design, and coverage model design. You should have an analytical mindset with a curiosity to get to the right solution to every problem. The ability to translate data into insights is critical as you will work closely with the Revenue Operations business partners, enablement, finance, systems, data, and revenue teams.

Responsibilities

  • Create and update dashboards, reports, and presentations to give revenue leaders and operations partners the data they need to run their businesses
  • Proactively identify opportunities to provide additional reporting or analytical clarity to better understand business performance
  • Monitor pipeline health and funnel conversion metrics, surfacing trends and anomalies to sales and revenue operations leadership
  • Run deep dive analyses to identify challenges and opportunities within the business
  • Partner with Revenue Operations business partners and revenue leaders to support the design, implementation, documentation, and success tracking of operational solutions
  • Assist with building complex capacity and funnel models for annual planning and scenario evaluation
  • Respond to ad hoc data and reporting requests from sales leadership and cross-functional partners

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales strategy, business operations, sales finance, or similar; preferably at a Fintech or SaaS company
  • Analytical mindset with a desire for high data precision and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing requests from multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and able to run with projects autonomously with moderate oversight
  • Strong spreadsheet and modeling skills
  • Basic to moderate SQL skills with experience in data visualization tools (Looker or Hex experience a plus)
  • Comfortable working within CRM data models to extract, report on and interpret data (Salesforce preferred)
  • Meticulous attention to detail, including in documentation

Bonus Points

  • Exposure to sales compensation methodologies and tracking
  • Experience supporting revenue annual planning cycles
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and finance systems
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Qualified or Leandata, sales engagement platforms like Outreach or Nooks, and sales management platforms such as Atrium or Gong.
  • Experience leveraging AI for analytics or process optimization

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $98,649 - $109,610. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
