What You’ll Do:
The Supplier Quality Engineering team is responsible for ensuring end-to-end quality across CoreWeave’s global hardware supply chain, supporting the deployment of high-performance GPU infrastructure at scale. The team partners closely with OEM/ODM integrators, engineering, and data center operations to drive quality from early design through mass production and field performance.

About the role:
As a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) — OEM/ODM Integrator, you will serve as the primary quality interface for CoreWeave’s compute hardware supply chain. You will own the full quality lifecycle for server, rack, and system-level integrators building NVIDIA GPU-based platforms, including HGX, MGX, and Grace-Blackwell systems. This role drives APQP execution, PPAP approvals, supplier audits, and validation of firmware, thermal, and system-level performance prior to deployment. You will work cross-functionally to define acceptance criteria, enforce quality standards, and ensure zero-defect launches from prototype through production at hyperscale.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical field
  • 5+ years of Supplier Quality Engineering experience in high-technology hardware manufacturing (server, storage, networking, or semiconductor equipment)
  • Demonstrated ownership of APQP phase-gate processes, including DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, and launch readiness reviews
  • Experience managing PPAP submissions (Levels 1–5), including PSW, MSA/Gage R&R, SPC/Cpk analysis, dimensional reports, and material certifications
  • Hands-on experience with data center hardware systems, including GPU servers, rack integration, power distribution (PDUs, 48V DC), and thermal management (air and liquid cooling)
  • Working knowledge of NVIDIA GPU platforms (Hopper H100/H200, Blackwell B100/B200/GB200), including NVLink, NVSwitch, and HBM memory systems
  • Experience defining and auditing supplier validation plans, including burn-in testing (thermal cycling, power cycling, HPL/HPCG/NCCL benchmarks)
  • Proficiency in firmware and software validation concepts, including VBIOS/SBIOS versioning, BMC firmware (Redfish/IPMI), and secure boot processes
  • Experience conducting First Article Inspections (FAI), BOM validation, and system-level functional testing
  • Strong background in statistical quality tools: SPC, Cpk/Ppk, MSA/Gage R&R (Minitab or equivalent)
  • Experience conducting ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 audits, including audit reporting and corrective action tracking
  • Proven ability to lead structured problem-solving using 8D, DMAIC, and CAPA methodologies
  • Experience managing supplier corrective actions (CARs), deviations, and waiver processes with engineering alignment

Preferred:

  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), or Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Direct experience with NVIDIA HGX H100/H200 or Blackwell GB200 NVL systems
  • Experience with NVLink or InfiniBand validation, NCCL testing, and GPU health monitoring via DCGM
  • Familiarity with liquid-cooled rack systems, including DLC/CDU deployment and coolant quality standards
  • Experience working with hyperscale cloud providers or their ODM/OEM partners
  • Knowledge of JEDEC reliability standards (JESD47, JESD22), HALT/HASS methodologies, and counterfeit prevention standards (AS5553, AS6174)
  • Experience with quality and lifecycle management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Arena PLM
