Your Role:

• Work on mission-critical payment and payout systems.
• Develop and maintain integrations with payment and payout providers, and implement new payment methods.
• Refactor existing functionality as a significant part of the role: improve architecture, test coverage, and maintainability while keeping the services running.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in Ruby, using Ruby on Rails.
• Proven experience with card acquiring / pay-in flows – a must.
• Working experience with DB: SQL (PostgreSQL), NoSQL(Redis/Valkey), Elasticsearch.
• TDD/BDD (RSpec).
• AWS.
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis/Valkey with Sentinel.
• Experience with Docker, Jira, Git, AI-first development.
