IT and Security Operations Specialist

Job purpose

The person in the position will focus on operational tasks in between the IT and Information Security, such as: access management, IT and office equipment management, communication with IT service providers and suppliers, employee on- and off-boarding, security systems administration (e.g., Endpoint Protection, SSO), simple routine automation, corporate IT systems administration etc.

Duties and responsibilities

• Provide high quality IT and Security support services to the company personnel, helping them to resolve issues with their devices, applications and office equipment.
• Manage and maintain standard operating procedures, incl.:
  • access management (provision, deprovision, profiling, on- and off-boarding),
  • work with IT and office equipment suppliers and IT service providers, maintaining good relations,
  • asset management etc.
• Manage IT and Security Support knowledge base and IT Service Desk portal.
• Maintain endpoint security services coverage and manage EDR and MDM systems.
• Simple Jira support and automation (workflows, request types, fields, schemes etc.)
• Google Workspace administration.
• Simple automation (n8n, Python, Slack apps etc.).
• Simple system integration/configuration, e.g.: SSO apps connection.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in professional IT with at least partial confirmed experience in Information Security (must).
• Strong knowledge of modern desktop operating systems (macOS, Windows, Linux) (must).
• Experience in Mobile Device Management and endpoint protection (must).
• Previous systems engineering experience (must).
