At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other business application owners to ensure smooth business automation and data management processes across the ecosystem.
Roadmap & Strategy: Provide expert input into the IT Roadmap, including Workday new feature rollouts, major releases, and the implementation of new modules.
Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and champion in driving industry best practices for the evolution of Snowflake’s OTC business users.
Agile Leadership: Organize various scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) using agile methodology.
Quality & Training: Lead quality assurance by defining testing strategies, identifying risks, and assisting in the creation of training materials and release notes for OTC users.
Key Duties include:
Gathering and translating complex business requirements from diverse stakeholders into actionable functional specifications.
Working with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive design and solution documents.
Managing communications and change processes for all new changes on the platform.
Developing and executing test scripts for UAT, post-sprint, and regression testing.
Ensuring system issues are identified, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
What we need to see
Education: A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with an emphasis in Information Systems or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum 8+ years of direct experience working on Order to Cash (OTC) implementations or operations as a Business Systems Analyst or Product Manager.
Technical Expertise: Expert knowledge of Workday systems or similar ERPs (Oracle Apps, Peoplesoft, SAP) specifically in OTC modules like Quoting, Revenue, Billing, and Collections.
Experience integrating custom or 3rd-party applications with Workday or other ERPs.
Basic understanding and working knowledge of Databases, including writing SQL queries.
Functional Knowledge: Superior understanding of OTC concepts and principles, including Quoting processes, Billings, Cash Applications, and New Product Introductions (NPI).
Skills: Highly developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Expert leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders ranging from executive to line level.
Commitment to excellent customer service and a strong focus on quality.
Ability: Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
