Overview
We are seeking a strategic and creative Public Relations Director (Crypto) to shape RedotPay’s brand narrative and drive our content ecosystem. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, leveraging data-driven insights, PR networks, and co-marketing partnerships to deliver content that empowers users, builds trust, and supports RedotPay’s rapid global growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Public Relations & Media Strategy: Act as the primary lead for PR initiatives and company spokesperson for media engagements, press conferences, interviews, and public events. Craft press releases, manage media relations, and develop thought leadership pieces to increase RedotPay’s share of voice and brand authority in the fintech space.
- Lead Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and deliver a holistic content strategy aligned with business goals and brand vision. Plan the content calendar, managing multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and resources efficiently to ensure timely and flawless publication. Ensure all initiatives are audience-centric, purposeful, and measurable.
- Co-Marketing & Partner Collaboration: Work closely with ecosystem partners to design and execute co-marketing content campaigns. Ensure RedotPay’s value proposition is consistently represented in partner-led communications.
- Project Management & Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the Product, Operations, Legal & Compliance team to align content with the product roadmap. Act as the central hub for all content-related needs.
- AI-Driven Innovation: Explore and integrate AI tools to enhance content research, ideation, and production workflows, creating fresh formats and improving efficiency.
- Internal and External Communication: Act as a bridge between core business teams, gathering resources and driving campaigns to boost company's reputation worldwide.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in Public Relations roles, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven PR Track Record: Experience in managing media outreach, securing press coverage, and handling corporate communications.
- Strong background in fintech, digital assets, or technology sectors preferred.
- Proven ability to design and implement content strategies that drive measurable business results.
- Strategic and meticulous, with a commitment to driving business results while maintaining commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex financial and Web3 concepts into simple, compelling narratives.
- Experience collaborating with Product teams and a strong ability to translate product specifications and updates into user-centric content.
- Excellent English-speaking skills (Near-native is a big plus)
