Responsibilities:

• Design and execute digital asset acquiring solutions, covering business scenarios such as online and offline acquiring.
• Collaborate across teams to drive product implementation, monitor product performance metrics, continuously improve user experience, and achieve scalable business results.
• Develop sustainable business models and formulate healthy ecosystem growth strategies by leveraging product capabilities, scenarios, and ecosystem partner competencies.
• Gain sharp insights into customer needs and trends in the Web3 payment industry, and design acquiring products based on an in-depth understanding of customer business models.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in the Web3 payment sector.
• Familiarity with mainstream centralized and decentralized wallets, underlying network protocols, and consensus mechanisms. Experience with acquiring industry solutions is preferred.
• User-focused, business-savvy, data-driven, and capable of independently driving commercial product implementation. A proven track record of successful commercial products is a plus.
• Possess a holistic perspective and self-driven continuous learning mindset. Strong ability to understand business contexts, with thoughtful insights into industry development models and trends. Proactive in identifying product improvement opportunities.
• High sense of responsibility and self-motivation, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex problems.
• Proficiency in English communication.
