Responsibilities
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in building and scaling the platform’s core functionality. In this role, you will:

• Improve the performance and quality of the AI response pipeline.
• Leverage AI to deliver compelling analytics and insights for users.
• Build scalable, user-facing features using Ruby on Rails, React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Contribute to and enhance the platform’s Elixir backend engine.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and reusable code.
• Test, debug, and optimize applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay current with modern development practices, tools, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer, with stronger expertise in the backend using Ruby on Rails.
• Proficiency in Ruby, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services and scalable infrastructure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
• Close attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software.

Nice to Have 

• Experience working with AI systems, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Knowledge of Next.js and/or Elixir.
• Experience building analytics or data-heavy features.
