Responsibilities
Process and Operations
  • Maintain and continuously improve TA operational workflows — from job requisition intake to offer management and onboarding handoff
  • Maintain and optimise our ATS, ensuring data integrity and a clean, audit-ready system
  • Maintain, build and reviewd SOPs for TA processes, ensure alignment with company scales
  • Partner with HR Ops on compliance, onboarding, and employee lifecycle touchpoints
Reporting and governance
  • Build and maintain TA dashboards tracking key metrics: time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source of hire, offer acceptance, and cost-per-hire including recruitment budget/vendor liaising
  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with Labour Law, regulatory requirements, and applicable financial services regulations
  • Maintain documentation for background checks, pre-employment screening, and company policies
Stakeholder support
  • Instrumental go-to person for TA members and hiring managers when inquired on TA tools, processes, and policies
  • Supporting any rollout / integration of new TA tools, programmes, and initiatives across the region
Requirements
  • Ideally 3 to 5 years in TA or HR operations, specialized in recruiting coordination/project management
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment within the financial / technology industry
  • Good with numbers and analytical tools like PowerBI, Tableu, Excel/Google sheets.
  • Advantageous for data-driven, results-oriented individual who is meticulous and attentive.
  • Highly advantageous for candidates familiar with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Successfactors)
  • Preferably candidates authorized to work in UAE, Emiratis are advantageous!
