The Lark GTM HK&MO Team is responsible for comprehensively promoting Lark's advanced products and services to the HK&MO market. By formulating precise business strategies and conducting cross-bound marketing, we deeply understand the trends and characteristics of different industries, convey Lark's concepts and values to enterprise customers in different industries and reach business cooperation, help customers strengthen the use depth and breadth, and ultimately make Lark the first choice of advanced enterprises in all industries and continuously contribute to the organizational upgrading of enterprises.
1. Develop sales plans and customer sales strategies based on goals, adjust timely according to market changes, and achieve sales targets set by the company. 2. Develop and follow up on key customers, understand customer needs, track, visit, and sign potential industry customers. 3. Provide professional consulting capabilities to customers and provide integrated solutions. 4. Be responsible for connecting customer needs, participate in in-depth communication with the product team, and ensure smooth landing of customer-side solutions. 5. Based on customer scenarios, produce replicable customer success cases and best practices, focus on successful customer delivery and ongoing services.
