Senior Partner Marketing Manager
Job Description
About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, IBM, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
About the Role
As Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution of Teleport's partner marketing programs — building the co-marketing campaigns, partner enablement materials, and joint events that drive pipeline through our channel, cloud, and technology alliances. You'll serve as the connective tissue between Marketing and our Channel and Alliance teams, ensuring partner messaging ladders into Teleport's core narrative and that every marketing dollar spent in the ecosystem is tied to measurable pipeline impact. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, and who knows how to turn partner relationships into revenue.
What You Will Do
Enable the Ecosystem: Create "To-Partner" toolkits, playbooks, and sales enablement materials that empower partner sales teams to effectively pitch Teleport to their customers.
Strategic Sales Alignment: Serve as the marketing lead for our Channel and Alliance managers, aligning marketing spend with territory goals to accelerate late-stage deals through partner influence.
Design & Execute Co-Marketing Programs: Lead the strategy and execution of "With-Partner" marketing campaigns, including joint webinars, co-branded content, and digital demand generation designed to drive pipeline for both Teleport and our partners.
Strategize and Execute Partner Events: Identify and execute partner events and activations. This includes securing speaking slots in partner theaters, organizing high-touch networking events, and managing joint sponsorships.
Campaign Integration: Collaborate with the Global Campaigns and Product Marketing teams to ensure partner messaging is woven into our core narrative, specifically targeting the "Developer to Decision-Maker" journey.
Lifecycle Partner Marketing: Collaborate on the end-to-end partner journey, from onboarding new technology partners to optimizing long-term co-marketing ROI.
Measurement & Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on the impact of partner programs. You will own the metrics for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, iterating on tactics based on data-driven insights.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 8+ years of experience in partner marketing within the B2B SaaS space.
Ecosystem Knowledge: Proven track record of working with channel partners/resellers and major cloud providers like (AWS, GCP, Azure) or security/infrastructure technology partners.
Background: In cybersecurity and knowledge of industry.
The "Tradeshow" Mindset: You understand that events are about density and trust. You have experience managing logistics and high-stakes networking environments.
Project Management: Exceptional ability to manage multiple stakeholders (internal and external) and meet deadlines.
Tech Stack: Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo). Experience with PRM (Partner Relationship Management) tools is a plus.
Communication: You can translate deep technical concepts into value-driven stories for both business and technical audiences.
Travel: Willingness to travel (up to 30%) to key partner hubs and major industry events.
How We Hire
Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do.
You'll start with a 30-minute recruiter screen, followed by another 30-minute interview with the hiring manager. Then we'll have you meet with other members of the marketing and sales organizations for 30-minutes each, and a final 30-minute round with our CMO.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
