How You Will Help
As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you’ll be pivotal in driving innovation and success by partnering with sales, product, and engineering teams to design and implement tailored technical solutions and integrations for both our partners and customers, supporting our media measurement and audience activation business. You'll facilitate decision-making and alignment across teams, removing barriers for both new and existing business opportunities. By solving critical business needs, you'll ensure long-term customer and partner success, informing our product and partnerships business strategy to meet evolving market demands efficiently.
What You Will Do
- Own the pre-sale and post-sale development and documentation of technology and data flow configurations for both our audience activation and measurement technical solutions
- Support relationships with our clients (Agencies, Brands, etc.) and partners (DSPs, Identity Graphs, etc.) as their primary technical resource throughout the sales and operations cycle
- Work with our media sales and operations teams to understand our customers’ and partners’ business needs and use cases to develop creative solutions that effectively enable solutions to drive satisfaction and lead to long term engagements
- Support our clients and partners with internal decisions regarding their technology stack and configurations to enable the use of HealthVerity products
- Bring your expertise in media and advertising data and platform infrastructure to inform strategic decisions on new product/feature and partnerships development
- Work with internal teams to determine level of effort and feasibility of novel workflows and configurations while accounting for budget and timeline requirements
- Develop technical workflow diagrams that enable integrations with our partners and customers

- Creative technical solution creation: conduct in-depth requirements analysis to fully assess our clients’ and partners’ needs, design the solutions to meet those needs, and effectively convey HealthVerity's vision to the clients
- HeathVerity offering expertise: fully understand the client value of all HealthVerity’s media and advertising offerings
- Professional representation: Professionally showcase HealthVerity's solutions to clients and internal stakeholders, while taking the lead in opportunity management processes
- Collaborative team player: Actively contribute to teamwork and collaboration across HealthVerity, fostering a cohesive and supportive work environment
Required skills and experience
- 5+ years of experience in a media technical solutions or ad ops role (e.g. sales engineering, media technology analyst), preferably in the media and advertising space or equivalent experience in product or data workflow design
- 3+ years of experience in digital & tv advertising, media audience targeting, and advertising campaign measurement
- 3+ years work in a client or partnerships facing role and project management experience in a complex technical environment
- 3+ years of experience using SaaS products in the workplace (e.g. Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, and LucidChart or similar software)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience collaborating across varying levels of stakeholders
Desired skills and experience
- Familiarity with the healthcare advertising industry and data & partner ecosystem; direct experience working with large healthcare datasets is a plus.
- 1+ year of experience building AI-enabled internal and/or client-facing solutions using low code or no code tooling (LLM, workflow automation, agents)
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, Databricks, ETL processes, and AWS environments
- Knowledge and experience in a regulated industry (e.g. HIPAA)
- Familiarity with media technology: media and website pixeling, activating programmatic campaigns via DSPs
Base salary for the role is commensurate with experience and can range between $120,000 - 140,000 + annual bonus opportunity.
Hiring Locations
Our main office is located in Center City, Philadelphia, where we operate on a hybrid model with in-office work required three days a week for local employees. We believe collaboration is most effective when teams come together, which is why we prioritize hiring in the Philadelphia area.
For certain roles, we also hire from hub locations—regions where we have an established presence with multiple team members working remotely. While these employees primarily work from home, we bring them together in person at least once a year for team-building, collaboration, and strategic planning.
Due to tax and labor regulations, we can only hire from specific states. Remote work is supported in the following key hub locations and approved states:
