About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Program Manager for a 7-month contract role to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across our telehealth care delivery systems within the Care Experience organization. This role is focused on scaling and optimizing how care is delivered, partnering across Engineering, Product, Clinical, and Operations teams to improve system performance, patient experience, and operational efficiency at scale.

You will own end-to-end execution of high-impact programs that sit at the intersection of technology and care delivery, navigating clinical workflows, system dependencies, and operational constraints to deliver measurable outcomes.

This role is best suited for a TPM who thrives in ambiguous, high-growth environments and can quickly move from problem definition to execution.

You Will:

  • Drive the execution of complex technical initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, and R&D.

  • Establish and monitor success metrics and OKRs, tying technical program outcomes directly to system scalability, patient experience, and operational impact.

  • Partner with technical and clinical leaders to identify opportunities for innovation in virtual care architecture and to remove operational or strategic barriers.

  • Champion process improvement and standardization, enhancing how technical projects are scoped, launched, and measured across the Care Experience organization.

  • Oversee launch readiness and continuous improvement, embedding feedback loops, retrospectives, and data insights to refine future initiatives.

  • Represent the Care Experience organization in cross-functional technical forums, influencing stakeholders and guiding strategic tradeoffs.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and operational excellence across the telehealth delivery ecosystem.

You Have:

  • Required Experience: 5-8 years of experience working as a Technical Program Manager in a highly technical, fast-paced environment.

  • Preferred Experience: 3-4 years of experience specifically within a highly technical HealthTech space.

  • Demonstrated success driving transformation or care delivery initiatives from conception to execution with measurable business and patient outcomes.

  • Proven ability to translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps and deliver through influence across technical and non-technical teams.

  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clarity.

  • Strong systems thinking, process design, and change management expertise.

  • Adept at operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, balancing structure with agility.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
