Job Description
At Composio, we are building infrastructure that allows agents to communicate with the tools you use for work including Github, Gmail, Notion, Salesforce, etc. We are a small team of engineers wrangling problems from context to search, that help us provide the most capable bridge between your agents and your tools.
We raised a $25M Series A from Lightspeed with some incredible angels like Guillermo Rauch (CEO of Vercel), Dharmesh Shah (CTO of Hubspot), Gokul Rajaram. Beginning of this year we 3x our ARR, our customers range from your friends in the YC batch to Wabi, Glean, Zoom and many more.
What you'll do?
tell us the job you would be exceptional at and why Composio should create space for it
show us the work - products shipped, companies started, research, writing, open source, workflows, or anything else with real signal
explain what you would own in your first 30 days and what would be measurably better because you joined
use agents and Composio to make yourself faster, then teach the rest of us what worked
be clear about the parts of the company you want to push on: product, engineering, research, GTM, operations, talent, or something we have not named yet

exceptional at something - we should be able to tell what you are unusually good at from the way you apply
ai native - you use agents every day and have opinions about what they can and cannot do
taste - you have finger feel for quality in your domain
owner - you can turn ambiguity into shipped work without waiting for a perfect role definition
typist - you can write clearly enough that we understand how you think
human - you build trust and admit what you do not know
