Job Description

At Composio, we are building infrastructure that allows agents to communicate with the tools you use for work including Github, Gmail, Notion, Salesforce, etc. We are a small team of engineers wrangling problems from context to search, that help us provide the most capable bridge between your agents and your tools.

We raised a $25M Series A from Lightspeed with some incredible angels like Guillermo Rauch (CEO of Vercel), Dharmesh Shah (CTO of Hubspot), Gokul Rajaram. Beginning of this year we 3x our ARR, our customers range from your friends in the YC batch to Wabi, Glean, Zoom and many more.

What you'll do?

  • own enterprise product end to end - pre-sales technical validation, POC support, weekly customer syncs, launch readiness, and post-launch iteration

  • turn ambiguous enterprise requests into product decisions, design docs, tradeoffs, and timelines engineering can defend

  • live close enough to the codebase to estimate complexity, spot bad architecture, and push back on customer requests that should not become product

  • work daily with revenue, engineering, and solutions to translate customer pain into the right roadmap priorities

  • build the enterprise playbook - escalation paths, quality bars, launch process, and repeatable ways to go from 5 enterprise customers to 50

  • protect the product from bespoke services work while still making strategic customers feel heard and unblocked

"Must haves"

if you are very good, nothing is a must per-se

  • enterprise product judgment

    • you have owned product decisions under pressure and can explain the tradeoffs without hiding behind process

    • you have told a strategic customer no, or not yet, and kept trust in the room

    • you think in systems and primitives, not feature requests

  • technical depth

    • you can hold your own in architecture discussions with senior engineers

    • you can read enough code to understand what is actually hard

    • engineers trust your product judgment because it is grounded in reality

  • enterprise taste - you know when to slow down for reliability, security, and rollout quality

  • operator - you can create the missing process, run it yourself, and delete it when it stops helping

  • typist - you write clear docs, crisp customer notes, and product specs people actually read

  • human - you build trust and admit what you don't know

Optional

  • developer tools, infrastructure, or ai platform experience

  • started a company, sold something technical, or owned a meaningful P&L

  • experience taking enterprise products from founder-led motion to repeatable motion

How to apply

Email [email protected] with your resume and a short note on a product decision you owned that a customer disagreed with.
