Mantra Inc. is a global AI startup dedicated to eliminating “language barriers” in the entertainment industry, guided by our mission to “deliver manga in the world’s languages.” We envision a future where people everywhere can enjoy the latest manga, anime, and games simultaneously, and engage in conversations that transcend national borders and cultural differences. 2022年6月のリリース以来、Langakuは多くのユーザーの「英語学習の常識」を変えてきました。 集英社をはじめとする出版社の全面協力のもと、国民的な人気マンガを教材として提供。「勉強＝苦痛」というイメージを払拭し、好きな物語を夢中で追いかけるうちに、自然と英語力が身につく——そんな新しい学習体験を創り出しています。

これまでに、英語への苦手意識を克服した方、試験の成績を飛躍的に伸ばした方など、数えきれないほどの「成功体験」がLangakuから生まれています。「Google Play ベスト オブ 2025」自己成長部門 大賞の受賞は、その成果の一つに過ぎません。

そして今、私たちはこの体験をさらに広げるため、教育現場への導入にも力を入れています。教室で、自宅で、誰もがワクワクしながら英語に触れられる未来を目指して、プロダクトは進化を続けています。 

Langakuは現在成長フェーズにあり、プロダクトとして次のステージに進むため、デザイン組織の強化が必要となっています。事業拡大に伴い、ユーザーの課題を深く掘り下げ、プロダクトの方向性を定める上流設計を担えるシニアレベルのデザイナーを新たに迎え入れたいと考えています。

プロダクトの戦略的な意思決定に関わり、0→1でユーザー体験を構築できる、高い企画力と戦略的思考力を持ったデザイナーを求めています。

Since its launch in June 2022, Langaku has transformed the way many users think about English learning. With the full cooperation of publishers including Shueisha, we offer nationally popular manga as learning materials. We’re creating a new learning experience that dispels the notion that “studying equals suffering”—one where you naturally build your English skills while immersing yourself in the stories you love.

 

To date, Langaku has generated countless “success stories,” from people who have overcome their fear of English to those who have dramatically improved their test scores. Winning the Grand Prize in the Self-Improvement category of the “Google Play Best of 2025” awards is just one example of these achievements.

 

Now, to further expand this experience, we are focusing our efforts on introducing Langaku into educational settings. Our product continues to evolve with the goal of creating a future where everyone can engage with English with excitement—whether in the classroom or at home.

 

Langaku is currently in a growth phase, and to advance to the next stage as a product, we need to strengthen our design organization. As our business expands, we are looking to welcome a new senior-level designer who can delve deeply into user challenges and take charge of the upstream design process to define the product’s direction.

 

We are seeking a designer with strong planning skills and strategic thinking who can contribute to strategic product decision-making and build user experiences from the ground up.

業務内容/Scope of Work

• モバイルアプリのバックエンド開発
• テストや運用の自動化など、生産性や品質を考慮した開発
• インフラやデータ分析基盤の構築・保守・運用
• ユーザー課題の分析や仮説検証
• プロダクトマネージャーやデザイナーと連携し、ユーザー体験や機能の設計・開発
• 開発スケジュールの構築・管理および技術的な意思決定
 
• Backend development for mobile apps
• Development focused on productivity and quality, including automation of testing and operations
• Building, maintaining, and operating infrastructure and data analytics platforms
• Analyzing user challenges and validating hypotheses
  Collaborating with product managers and designers to design and develop user experiences and features
• Creating and managing development schedules, and making technical decisions

フロントエンド：Swift (iOS)、Flutter (Android)
バックエンド：Python
インフラ：AWS、GCP

必須スキル/Required Skills

モバイルまたはWebアプリのバックエンド開発に関する深い理解と経験
データベースを用いた開発経験
非日本語話者と最低限の意思疎通が可能なレベルの英語力
* スピーキングの流暢さは重視しません
 
 
• In-depth understanding and experience in backend development for mobile or web applications
• Experience in database development
• English proficiency sufficient for basic communication with non-Japanese speakers
  * Fluency in spoken English is not a requirement
