募集背景

    Mantraは、マンガ翻訳に特化した法人向けクラウドサービス「Mantra Engine」を提供しています。また、SaaSとしてのMantra Engineに限らず、出版社や配信事業者などとエンターテインメントの海外展開に関わるさまざまなプロジェクトを行なっております。

    プロジェクトの例：

     

    toB事業の開発チームは、現在はフルタイム１名+業務委託数名の少数のチームで開発を行っています。今後より一層事業を拡大していくために、チームを拡大し開発サイクルを加速させていきます。

    また、チームの拡大や成長に伴って、スケールに耐えうる安定したシステムの構築や、開発プロセスの整備など、新たに取り組むべき課題も多くあります。現状、エンジニアリングマネージャーやテックリードの経験のあるメンバーがいないため、手探りで試行錯誤している状況です。そのため、MantraのtoB事業の開発チームをリードをしていただけるエンジニアを募集しております。

     

    Mantra provides "Mantra Engine," a cloud service for corporations specializing in manga translation. Beyond Mantra Engine as a SaaS solution, we also undertake various projects related to the overseas expansion of entertainment content with publishers, distributors, and other partners.

    Project Examples:

     

    The toB business development team currently consists of a small team of one full-time member and several contractors. To further expand the business, we will grow the team and accelerate the development cycle.

    As the team grows, we face new challenges: building a stable system capable of scaling and establishing robust development processes. Currently, we lack members with engineering management or tech lead experience, so we're navigating these areas through trial and error. Therefore, we are seeking an engineer to lead Mantra's B2B business development team.

業務内容

  • Mantra Engineの主要なB2Bワークフローのフロントエンド実装を担当（Vue 3 + TypeScript）
  • 保守性の高いUIアーキテクチャの設計と改善（コンポーネントの境界、状態/データフロー、ルーティング）
  • デリバリーのスピードと一貫性を向上させる、再利用可能なUIコンポーネント/パターンの構築
  • API契約および統合（エラー処理、ページネーションなど）について、バックエンド（Django）チームと連携
  • ビジネス/プロダクトのステークホルダーと協力し、ユーザーのニーズを明確な仕様と高品質なUXへと変換
  • フロントエンドの品質向上：パフォーマンス、アクセシビリティ、信頼性、および開発者体験
  • Own the frontend implementation for key Mantra Engine B2B workflows (Vue 3 + TypeScript)
  • Design and evolve maintainable UI architecture (component boundaries, state/data flow, routing)
  • Build reusable UI components/patterns that improve delivery speed and consistency
  • Collaborate with backend (Django) on API contracts and integration (error handling, pagination, etc.)
  • Work with business/product stakeholders to turn user needs into clear specs and high-quality UX
  • Improve frontend quality: performance, accessibility, reliability, and developer experience

必須スキル

  • 最新のJavaScript/TypeScriptおよびコンポーネントベースのフレームワーク（Vue/Reactなど）を用いた本番環境向けWebアプリケーションの開発における豊富な経験
  • フロントエンドアーキテクチャ（状態管理、ルーティング、コンポーネントの境界、API統合パターン）の設計および改善能力
  • パフォーマンス、アクセシビリティ、エラー処理、保守性を通じてUXの品質を向上させた経験
  • 部門横断的な連携により仕様を策定し、反復的にリリースした経験
  • 非日本語話者との基本的なコミュニケーションが可能なレベルの英語力
  • 流暢な会話力は必須ではありません
  • Strong experience building production web apps with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and a component-based framework (Vue/React/etc.)
  • Proven ability to design and evolve frontend architecture (state management, routing, component boundaries, API integration patterns)
  • Experience improving UX quality through performance, accessibility, error handling, and maintainability
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally to shape specs and ship iteratively
  • English proficiency sufficient for basic communication with non-Japanese speakers
  • Fluency in speaking is not a priority

  •  数名規模のエンジニアリングチームを率いた経験（例：エンジニアリングマネージャー、テクニカルリード
  • 大規模サービス向けのバックエンドシステムおよびインフラの設計、運用、構築の経験
  • スクラムなどのアジャイル開発プロセスを推進した経験
  • Experience leading engineering teams of several members (e.g., Engineering Manager, Tech Lead)
  • Experience designing, operating, and building backend systems and infrastructure for large-scale services
  • Experience driving agile development processes such as Scrum
