We are building a next-generation AI Platform to power our agentic AI application stack. As Director of AI Engineering team - India, you will lead the development and execution of this platform, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and aligned with Edwin AI’s strategic priorities.
Based in India, you will play a key role in building and scaling our AI engineering presence, partnering closely with global teams across the U.S. and other regions to deliver a robust and reliable foundation for AI innovation at LogicMonitor.

- Define and execute the roadmap for the Edwin AI in alignment with company priorities and business goals.
- Translate global platform strategy into actionable plans and regional execution.
- Partner with senior leadership across geographies to ensure platform capabilities meet evolving AI needs.
Platform Architecture & Engineering
- Lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance platform services supporting agent-based and multi-agent AI systems.
- Ensure modular, service-oriented architecture with strong extensibility and reusability.
- Drive engineering excellence across distributed teams.
- Oversee development of a cloud-native platform primarily on AWS, with consideration for multi-cloud portability.
- Ensure systems are scalable, resilient, and observable across global environments.
- Partner with SRE and infrastructure teams to optimize performance and cost.
- Enable core platform components such as agent orchestration, vector storage, memory systems, and task routing.
- Support real-time inference, model integration, and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams globally to productionize models and workflows.
- Drive high availability, reliability, and performance of platform systems.
- Implement DevOps and DevSecOps best practices including CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
- Establish and maintain SLAs/SLOs aligned with global standards.
- Partner with global security teams to implement secure-by-design principles.
- Support compliance initiatives (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001).
- Ensure strong data protection and access control across regions.
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing engineering team in India.
- Manage engineers; drive hiring, onboarding, and capability development.
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with LogicMonitor values.
- Work closely with Product, AI Research, and Engineering leaders across geographies.
- Act as a key bridge between India-based teams and global stakeholders.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to leadership.
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in platform or infrastructure engineering.
- 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams
- Proven experience delivering scalable, cloud-native platforms in production environments.
- Strong expertise in AWS and modern cloud architectures (e.g., Kubernetes, distributed systems).
- Experience working with AI/ML systems or data-intensive platforms.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and reliability best practices.
- Experience working in globally distributed teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting LLM-based applications, inference systems, or ML pipelines in production.
- Familiarity with agentic AI systems, orchestration frameworks, or vector databases.
- Experience in observability, SaaS, or enterprise platforms at scale.
- Prior experience building or scaling engineering teams in India for global organizations.
