Job Description

Responsibility 1. Requirement Analysis & Product Design · Research & Insights: Conduct customer interviews and competitor analysis to identify key merchant needs on the dashboard (e.g., multi-currency account management, real-time transaction queries, automated reconciliation, fund unfreezing). · Prototyping & Documentation: Power user of AI tools to efficiently generate PRDs, interaction flows, and define feature logic and business rules (e.g., fund transfer permissions, FX rate locking modules). Qualifications 1. Education & Domain Knowledge · Degree: Bachelor’s or above, major in Finance, Computer Science preferred. Fresh graduates or those with 1–2 years of experience are welcome. · Industry Knowledge: Familiar with cross-border e-commerce and payments, with strong merchant perspective on international, multi-currency, and billing experiences. 2. Core Skills · AI & Tool Proficiency: Power user of AI tools for generating PRDs, workflows, and business rules. · Technical Understanding: Knowledge of payment architecture, API integrations, and RESTful standards. 3. Experience & Soft Skills · Project Experience: Previous involvement in payment systems, enterprise dashboards, or B2B product design is a plus. · Personal Traits: Strong logical thinking (for complex rules), attention to detail (for fund-related features), and ability to thrive under pressure (fast iterations, financial compliance). 4. Nice to Have · Language Skills: Fluent in English (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent), able to read competitor API docs. · Technical Background: Understanding of blockchain in cross-border settlement or Python scripting skills.
