Product Manager – Merchant CRM
Job Description
Responsibility 1. Requirement Analysis & Feature Design · Customer Research: Identify CRM pain points for cross-border merchants (e.g., multi-currency account grouping, transaction analytics, customer segmentation) and design functional modules (e.g., customer profiling, behavior tracking, marketing automation). · Product Prototyping: Use Axure/Figma to design CRM prototypes (e.g., customer segmentation dashboards, smart reminders, ticketing systems), and document PRDs with clear business logic (e.g., customer lifecycle management). · Compliance Adaptation: Ensure CRM data storage and usage aligns with regulations (e.g., GDPR, AML data retention). Qualifications 1. Education & Domain Knowledge · Degree: Bachelor’s or above, majors in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Applied Math preferred. · Industry Knowledge: Understanding of cross-border payment flows, FX conversion; familiarity with CRM principles (e.g., customer lifecycle). 2. Core Skills · AI & Tools: Heavy AI tool user for generating PRDs, workflows, prototypes, and data analysis. · Technical Understanding: · Proficient in API integrations and basic database schema (e.g., customer info tables). · Basic knowledge of big data analytics. 3. Experience & Soft Skills · Project Experience: Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of experience in B2B product design, especiallySYMPLIFIED_BLOCK_STYLE in CRM or performance management systems preferred. · Personal Traits: · Strong logical thinking (for breaking down complex customer journeys), precision (to avoid data breaches). · Cross-cultural sensitivity (to adapt to global merchant needs). 4. Nice to Have · Language Skills: Fluent English (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent), capable of writing English product documents. · Technical Background: Familiarity with Python/R for behavioral analysis or advanced SQL query skills.
