Job Description
Responsibility 1. Content Strategy & Creation · Develop multi-platform content strategies (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), including copywriting, visual content, and video scripting tailored to regional and cultural preferences. · Plan weekly/daily content calendars, hashtags, and campaign themes based on industry trends and audience insights. Qualifications 1. Education & Language · Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, or related fields. · Fluent in English (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent), with strong written communication skills. 2. Core Skills · Content Creation: Strong copywriting skills in English, basic video editing (Premiere, CapCut, etc.), and advanced proficiency with AIGC tools (ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Midjourney, etc.) for end-to-end content production. · Data-Driven Thinking: Ability to interpret performance data and use insights to iterate and improve content direction. 3. Experience · Junior Role: 1-3 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome with strong internship or project-based exposure (e.g., practical AIGC use cases, social media account management). · Senior Role: 3–5+ years of experience with proven track record in strategy, content creation, and global brand marketing operations. 4. Soft Skills · Cross-Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to cultural norms and holidays across global markets (e.g., North America, Middle East). · Resilience: Ability to work under pressure, handle time zone differences, and respond to urgent tasks. · Creativity & Curiosity: Eager to explore new trends and platforms in digital marketing.
