Job Description
Responsibility 1. Partner Development & Relationship Management · Identify and onboard new education partners, including study abroad agencies, international schools, and language training institutions. · Promote the company’s cross-border tuition payment solutions (e.g., tuition remittance, accommodation fee payments). · Build strong working relationships with agency counselors and operations teams, gaining insight into their workflows and challenges in the payment process (e.g., complicated payment steps for students/parents). Qualifications 1. Education & Language · Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields. · Fluent in English (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent), with strong communication skills. 2. Core Skills · Partnership Development: Experience in B2B relationship management and negotiation. · Technical Understanding: Familiarity with payment systems and API integrations. 3. Experience · Junior Role: Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of experience in partnership management, sales, or education industry. · Senior Role: 3+ years of experience with a proven track record in onboarding partners and driving payment solutions. 4. Soft Skills · Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to foster trust with partners. · Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot payment issues efficiently. · Cross-Cultural Sensitivity: Adaptability to work with global education partners.
