Qualifications 1. Business Goals · Achieve annual business goals, including transaction volume (GMV), number of signed institutions, and client retention rate. Qualifications 1. Industry Knowledge · Familiarity with international education fund flows, institutional finance processes, and common payment challenges. 2. Technical Acumen · Ability to explain payment system workflows and coordinate API-based integrations. 3. Cross-Cultural Communication · Comfortable working across time zones. · Skilled in building trust with senior stakeholders at educational institutions (e.g., CFOs, Directors of Finance).
