Mantraは、マンガ翻訳に特化した法人向けクラウドサービス「Mantra Engine」を提供しています。また、SaaSとしてのMantra Engineに限らず、出版社や配信事業者などとエンターテインメントの海外展開に関わるさまざまなプロジェクトを行なっております。
プロジェクトの例：
国内外の顧客(出版社・エンタメ企業等)に対し、AI翻訳と人手翻訳を組み合わせた翻訳プロジェクトの推進をリードしていただくポジションです。
本ポジションでは、プロジェクトマネジメントを中心業務としながら、カスタマーサポート・営業活動を横断的に担当していただきます。B2B事業メンバー、社内外の翻訳者、研究開発チーム（CTO含む）と密に連携し、顧客の期待を超える価値提供を実現していただくことを期待しています。
Mantra provides "Mantra Engine," a cloud service for corporations specializing in manga translation. Beyond Mantra Engine as a SaaS solution, we also undertake various projects related to the overseas expansion of entertainment content with publishers, distributors, and other partners.
Project Examples:
This position involves leading translation projects that combine AI translation with human translation for clients both in Japan and overseas (including publishers and entertainment companies).
While **project management will be your primary responsibility**, you will also be involved in customer support and sales activities across the board. We expect you to work closely with members of our B2B business unit, in-house and external translators, and the R&D team (including the CTO) to deliver value that exceeds customer expectations.

- プロジェクトスケジュール策定および進捗管理
- カスタマーサポート／顧客対応
- 国内外顧客(toB)とのコミュニケーション（Email / Slack / オンラインMTG）
- 問い合わせ対応およびフォローアップ
- 顧客ニーズのヒアリングと社内共有
- 営業・ビジネスサポート
- 既存顧客への提案活動・関係維持
- 新規顧客へのサービス提案
- 納品物の確認・品質チェック
- 契約・条件調整のサポート
- Project Management
- Managing the progress of translation projects
- Post-editing and quality control of machine translation
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating resources
- Coordinating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders (translators, designers, engineers, and clients)
- Developing project schedules and monitoring progress
- Customer Support
- Communication with domestic and international B2B clients (via email, Slack, and online meetings)
- Handling inquiries and follow-ups
- Gathering client feedback and sharing it internally
- Sales and Business Support
- Proposing solutions to existing clients and maintaining relationships
- Proposing services to new clients
- Reviewing and quality-checking deliverables

必須スキル/Required Skills
- B2B営業・ビジネス開発経験（業界不問）
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
- 日本語力：顧客とテキストベースで円滑にコミュニケーション可能なレベル
- 複数業務を責任を持って同時並行で遂行できる方
- Experience in B2B sales and business development(any industry)
- Business-level English proficiency
- Japanese proficiency: Ability to communicate smoothly with clients via text
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a sense of responsibility

- Experience in the entertainment industry (publishing, manga, anime, games, etc.)
- Sales and project management experience at advertising agencies or in the printing industry (e.g., Toppan Printing)
- Sales experience targeting enterprise-level companies
- Experience building automation solutions using GAS (Google Apps Script) and AI
- A strong interest in entertainment and manga
- Translation experience or an understanding of the translation industry
- Language skills in languages other than Japanese and English
