Senior Product Manager
Job Description
About Broccoli AI
Broccoli AI is building the AI operating system for home service businesses.
We work with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical contractors — the people who keep homes running — and we replace fragmented tools and manual workflows with AI agents that actually do the work.
Our AI assistants answer phones, book jobs, follow up with customers, and drive revenue — fully integrated into systems like ServiceTitan.
We started by going door-to-door, meeting 100+ contractors, and understanding how these businesses actually run. That shaped everything we’ve built. Today:
Hundreds of contractors use Broccoli to run their front office
We’ve grown from $0 → millions in ARR in under a year
We’re trusted by both single-location operators and the largest PE-backed roll-ups
Raised $25M+ from Khosla Ventures and YC
The role
This is one of the highest-impact roles at Broccoli. In this role, you'll shape what we build, in what order, and how successful the rollouts are.
Broccoli is at an exciting growth stage with constant product tradeoffs. New products to build. A steady stream of feature requests from existing customers. Two different customer profiles: enterprise operators and independent SMBs. Plus rapid expansion into new verticals within home services. Every week involves hard calls about what gets built and what doesn't. You'll own those calls day-to-day and help the founders make the bigger strategic ones. When something ships, you own the rollout to customers, the CS team, and the sales team, plus the metrics and the honest answer to whether it actually worked.
We are especially looking for someone who can do two things well. First: get deep into our customers' businesses. We build with design partners, embedding with their teams and truly understanding their businesses. We prioritize based on which AI agents will have the biggest P&L impact for them. Second: know what's possible with AI. Customers ask for what they've seen SaaS products do. You should be building toward what AI makes possible, which is almost always something far better than what anyone thought to request.
What you'll own
AI PM agent build and leverage an agent that ingests tickets, call transcripts, Linear, and product metrics and surfaces what matters most, so your time goes to synthesis and judgment, not information gathering
Prioritization manage tradeoffs across new products, feature requests, enterprise vs. SMB needs, and expanding verticals; give the team a clear, defensible view of what's most important and why
Founder leverage bring enough structure and insight to strategic conversations that the founders can make faster, better decisions on the hard calls
Specs and mockups write specs built around the "why" and produce basic mockups that give engineering enough to move fast
Launch and go-to-market coordinate with customer success, sales, and marketing when features ship; ensuring the right enablement, release notes, and customer comms are in place
Metrics define what success looks like for every feature, ensure the right things get tracked, and review outcomes after every launch
Who we're looking for
Must-haves
High-agency: you bring structure to ambiguity, move without being told, and own outcomes end to end
Strong business judgment: you get to the real need underneath a customer request and prioritize based on P&L impact, not loudest voice
AI-first: you default to asking what's now possible, not what's been done before, and you've built agents or AI-powered workflows yourself
Excited to work in-office five days a week to collaborate closely with the founders and the team
Strong plus
Former founder, or a PM who has operated like one: you've made calls with incomplete information, owned outcomes, and stayed close to customers throughout
Experience at a high-growth B2B startup (Series A to C)
Home services or field service management experience
Not a fit
PM experience primarily in process management, stakeholder alignment, or sprint facilitation
Never owned a product outcome end to end
