About our team Our SEA Integrated Marketing & Communication team is a dynamic group of creative minds, strategists, and marketing enthusiasts who are passionate about redefining the way people shop online. As a pivotal part of ByteDance's E-commerce Business, we work tirelessly to showcase the innovative potential of our platform, bridging the gap between users and their favorite contents & products. The team's core responsibility is to craft and execute integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. We build brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities: - Responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing Brand IP marketing campaigns. - Collaborate and coordinate across stakeholders, including working with internal account managers, user research, creator manager, and other cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing team, PR, graphic designers, product team, R&D team, etc) for campaign creation and optimization. - Conduct data analysis on campaign performance (including against order and GMV targets) and offer ongoing recommendations for campaign optimization, such as innovative ideas, partnerships and activations that enhance campaign performance. - Keep abreast of trends on social media, e-Commerce, digital marketing, and industry developments, and leverage trends and developments to optimize campaigns. - Responsible for campaign monetization to optimize campaign revenue and platform ROI.
