Job Description

Responsibilities 1. Partnership Development & Relationship Management · Develop and maintain partnerships with banks, card issuers, and card networks (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) to support the launch of cross-border card products (e.g., prepaid cards, virtual cards, physical cards) for corporate or individual use. · Drive co-branded or white-label card initiatives (e.g., international travel cards, business expense cards). · Assist in sourcing new financial institution partners, including preparing materials and conducting pre-negotiation analysis. 2. Market Research & Channel Evaluation · Monitor policy updates, pricing structures, and product capabilities of financial institutions. · Build and maintain a partner evaluation model to assess factors such as settlement speed, transaction fees, and compliance fit; provide input on partnership prioritization. · Organize and maintain documentation for KYC and AML screening for all partners. 3. Internal Coordination & Process Enablement · Serve as a liaison between financial institutions and internal teams (e.g., tech, product, compliance) to ensure seamless execution of partnerships. · Support the creation of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for card program onboarding. · Oversee API integrations and system testing for card issuance platforms to ensure reliability and stability of payment channels. 4. Risk Control & Issue Resolution · Help monitor transactional risks across issuing channels. · Coordinate the resolution of operational issues such as channel disruptions or delayed settlements by working directly with institutional partners. Qualifications 1. Education & Background · Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, International Trade, English, Computer Science, or related fields. 2. Core Skills · Familiarity with cross-border payment workflows (e.g., acquiring, fee structures, clearing & settlement, FX conversion), and common financial institution collaboration models. · Proficient user of AI-based productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT agents, automation assistants). 3. Experience · Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of relevant experience. Internship or work experience in banking or the payment industry is preferred. 4. Soft Skills · Strong communication and coordination abilities; able to manage multiple tasks in parallel. · Proficient in English for daily professional communication.
