about the job
- Serve as the high-stakes "translator" between technical engineering and the C-suite, identifying the exact point where AI innovation creates measurable commercial growth.
- Scale and mentor a premier squad of 5–10 AI specialists in Singapore, championing a "fail-fast, learn-faster" mindset to accelerate time-to-market.
- Mastermind the global rollout of transformative tools from GenAI copilots to hyper-personalized recommendation engines that redefine the customer journey.
- Build deep-rooted alliances within the world-class Singapore tech scene, academic circles, and specialized AI vendor networks to keep the organization at the frontier of R&D.
skills and experience required
Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Significant experience leading AI/ML product teams with deep expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, and MLOps (Azure/Databricks preferred).
A proven track record of connecting AI initiatives to volume growth, sales efficiency, and profit.
Exceptional ability to translate advanced AI concepts into business language that inspires stakeholders.
Experience in fast-paced, global transforming environments
