about the job

• Lead and oversee all M&E engineering activities in construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, approved drawings, and project timelines
• Design of M&E systems installation and commissioning
• Monitor and track the progress of M&E works
• Ensure seamless integration of M&E systems with other building components
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, building codes, and quality assurance requirements (e.g., CONQUAS, QM)
• Ensure M&E works comply with Safe Work Procedures and safety regulations
• Prepare and submit M&E-related documentation, reports, and progress updates as required by the project schedule

requirement

• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Min 2 year of experience in Mechancial or Electrical design (consultancy /main contractor construction environment)
• Certified Professional Engineer will be consider for lead / management role
• Industrial / commercial building experience will be a plus
• Comfortable working 4.5 days work week (Mon to friday half day)
• Training given to candidate with no experience
