• Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap across AI, cloud, data, and software engineering.
• Lead the delivery of government related projects
• Cultivate a high-performance culture centered on Cloud Native (AWS or Azure)
• Reporting to CEO. Will be managing close to 20 people this year.

skills and requirements

• Min 10 years of software engineering/solutions architect working experience
• Hands-on technical software experience background
• Has experience with AI projects before. This role needs to do hands-on at the beginning. Will be more towards management role in the future.
• Comprehensive understanding of applied AI, including data preparation, prompt engineering, and the monitoring of deployed LLM models.
• Significant experience deploying sophisticated software and AI systems within privacy-sensitive or air-gapped enclave environments.
• Track record in scaling technical teams and implementing robust DevSecOps and engineering maturity frameworks.
