Mechanical Technician (Pharma)

Job scope:

• Carry out maintenance activities in accordance with established procedures, good engineering practices, and cGMP requirements.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment and facilities to ensure high reliability and maximum uptime.
• Assist in the development of preventive maintenance SOPs, procedures, and tasks to support effective asset management.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues by observing operations, listening for abnormalities, and using appropriate measuring and testing instruments to identify root causes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support IRS/QAR investigations.
• Support project construction and commissioning activities by actively participating in punch listing and commissioning; collaborate with supervisors and engineers on equipment improvements and modifications.
• Ensure a safe, organized, and clean work environment within assigned areas of responsibility.
